Hi Y’all! I’m Kelsey Diane! A 30-something, Kentucky Girl who loves to talk about food, local life, and Jesus!
I am currently living and loving life with my dogs, Baxter & Bulleit Blue.
If you were to ask me to describe myself I would say that I am an administrative guru, wanna-be-chef, saved by grace, and seeking to live and love life every day! And a big fan of Cold Brew, Cabernet, and Champagne!
A little of my background…
I’m a member of the inaugural class of Gatton Academy and a 2010 Western Kentucky University alumna. I received a B.A. in Religious Studies and a B.S. in Psychology at WKU. After graduating, I spent time in Seminary before beginning a M.Ed. in Educational Counseling. At this point in time, I’m a Grad School Drop Out x2.
While I love education and would literally spend my entire life in school if given the chance and the finances to do so, I’ve come to realize that my favorite parts of my own educational journey haven’t necessarily been the facts that I have learned or the people I have met, but rather the growth I have made as a person.
I went from a naive small town Kentucky girl who had never traveled the world or much outside of Kentucky (except for those first 6 years I spent living in Oregon) to a girl who has been to 3 continents, 7 countries, and 20+ states, with lots more travel in the horizon. My educational experiences have led me to a world of personal growth and the ability to share that with others.
These days I am focusing my time on building my Virtual Assistant business, creating all the fun charcuterie and food boards, writing a cookbook, being the best Dog Mom there is, and helping encourage others to live and love their lives, while doing so for myself!
Above everything else, my main desire in life to to reflect the love of Christ to everyone.
I hope my ramblings can bring some light to your day and above all else, I hope you know that you are incredible loved.
